You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and drop off your package at your local courier. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags. Sale items, gift cards, and embroidered pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, email us at hello@eglantinazingg.com. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund (minus shipping) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at hello@eglantinazingg.com.
